Play Productions
Over 1500 performances of 90 plays with special artists integrating them with other artists in Hindi, Marathi & English languages.


Creative Dramatics Workshops
child-centric theatrical activities for overall development of about 7650 children.
Training in Folk Dances
Lezim, Naman, Waghya Murli, Koli, Warli, Dhangar, Dholu Kunitha, Naga, Bhangra, Dappu, Garba Raas, Dandia, Tera Tali, Manjiri, Gaund Madia, Ghoomer, Chhadiya etc.


Multi-Lingual Group Singing
Prayers & Devotional Songs, Welcome songs, Folk Songs, Patriotic Songs in various languages – Sanskrit, Hindi, Marathi, Konkani, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Kathiyawadi, Punjabi, Aasami
Vadyamel – Instrumental Music ensemble
22 Orchestral performances by 1500 children with disabilities playing musical instruments like - Halgi, Mridang, Pakhwaz, Tabla, Dholak, Dhol, Dholki, Madal, Sambal, Daff, Dimdi, Bongo Cymbals, Jhanjh, Taal, Ghungroo, Khanjiri, Kabbas, Chipli Tri-angle,Bells, China wood block, Scraper, Tuntune.

Rope and Pole Mallakhamb
A martial art activity - Climbing the Rope hung from a height of 20’ to 25’ and performing various feats on the rope. Over 500 children are trained.



Art & Craft
Training in traditional painting, masks & puppets, pottery for about 1250 children and teachers.


Teacher-Training in Theatre Arts
- 95 Teacher-Training Programmes in theatre arts in education.
- Over 8000 teachers from all over India are trained to use theatre arts in classroom situations and presentation of children’s plays.


Training in Mime
Emphasis is given on developing body language to express different emotions and themes and production of mime skits.


State Level Inter-school drama competition
to bring forth the talent of children with disabilities and their teachers involving about 100 special schools, 2000 child artists, 500 teachers and 13,000 audience members every year.

- Compilation of 9 volumes of 155 one act plays contributed by teachers trained in Natyashala’s theatre training programmes and competitions.

‘Natyashala Gaurav Puraskar’ are awarded to talented, multifaceted, outstanding artist with disability.

Natyashala has performed over 1300 shows of above plays in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Delhi, Rajasthan, Meghalaya, Assam, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh involving children and adults with hearing impairment, visual impairment, locomotive and mental handicaps along with other normal artists. This has helped in integration and rehabilitation of the artists with disabilities.
